2020 has brought an unprecedented year to the humans currently occupying the earth. Embattled leadership, fear, propaganda and left v right have split the populations of many nations, wedging more distance physically and mentally between a breed of mammals who need each other to thrive and survive. Staying connected is more important than ever in a world where a dose of technical connection is being sold to us as an alternative for the need for physical interaction. 

I came upon this path of design in October 2019 and since the world changed in March 2020 I’ve wanted to push, bend, change the artwork I’m producing. 

Starting off with solo shapes; then as time went on I started to explore bringing shapes together, interconnection and warped links that were echoing my daily life of missing the people in my life, from loved ones to work colleagues, bringing me to a visual representation of the greatness and strength of being connected. 

I hope we get to see through this clearly very soon. 

Representing is great, actualisation is amazing.
